Ministries of the Faith in our Teams By Rev. Lah Say

1. We believe that there is only one God. But there are three Persons – God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. He is full of love, purity. and justice.

2. We believe the Bible is the Word of God. It is the inspired Word that was written. and is accurate in every respect And it is the most complete guide to navigating every aspect of our lives.

3. We believe that sin has separated all of us from God. And only through Jesus Christ can we be reconciled to God.

4. We believe that Jesus is both God and be human He was born in the womb of Mary, a virgin. By the power of the Holy Spirit He lived a life without sin. But He took all our sins upon Himself and he died and rosed again from the dead. At present, He is seated at the right hand of His Father as High Priest and be our mediator.

5. We believe that salvation is God's gift to mankind. This gift can affect us by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. And with this kind of faith, God is pleased.

6. We believe the church is the Body of Christ, where God lives through his Spirit. The church has been charged with the task of fulfilling the great commission. Each believer is an integral part of the church. Each local church is part of the universal church, and cares for its members through the leadership provided by the minister of the Word, the elders and deacons.

7. We believe that water baptism is a symbol of being sanctified by the power of God and it is a declaration of our faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.

8. We believe that the Holy Spirit is our comforter. He leads us in every aspect of our lives. He has blessed us with many spiritual blessings and strengthens us to bear fruit of the Spirit.

9. We believe that the Eucharist is pure. It is a celebration of the death of Jesus. And to remember all that Jesus has done for us as well.

10. We believe that God wants to change our lives. Treat our bodies and make us prosperous so that we may live in blessing And live in victory which allows us to impact the lives of others and help them.

11. We believe we are called to take the Good News to people around the world.

12. We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ will come again just as He has promised.

Serving God begins in the family

Joshua is main point for Family seving God

This is true in every era, especially in godly families. Stories about God and service to Him are undeniably passed down to children and grandchildren.

I am reminded of a passage in Joshua 24:14-28. It is when Joshua challenged the nation of Israel to make a choice. One of the gods at that time, Joshua, was already old as a leader. The nation would soon die, but he was deeply concerned for their souls, so Joshua called Israel together to She-chem.

Sermon them farewell and giving them another testament of their faith...this is what Joshua reminded Israel that day and what God is reminding us of today as a family. God's kitchen too.

Encouragement to be steadfast in the Lord (Joshua 24:14)

“Therefore fear the Lord and serve him with sincerity and integrity. Throw away the gods that your fathers served on the east side of the river and in Egypt. And ye shall serve the LORD....”

Because the Israelite who entered the land of Canaan were the younger generation under the age of 40, they may have heard about God from their parents or family members but had little experience with Him. Causing no stability in God So this is a restoration. Joshua's heart again exhorted them to return to the Lord and to have the right attitude in serving with sincerity and faithfulness.

In response to God's grace towards them and their ancestors.

Challenged to make a decision to serve God.

“And if you are not willing to serve God Choose among you today whom you will serve the gods that your ancestors served in your womb East of the Euphrates River or of the Amorites in the land where you live.”

This was not a compulsion but a decision. The Israelite could not believe in and serve two gods at the same time, as Jesus said in Matthew 6:24.

“No one can be the servant of two masters. Because I will hate my master on the one hand, and I will love him on the other. Mr. Other Side Or will you respect the master of one side? and will despise the other master, You cannot serve God and you cannot serve money at the same time.” Of course, if Israel Choosing to serve God they must be willing and willing to forsake other gods.

Challenge to serve the Lord as a family

“But as for me and my family, We will serve the LORD” (Joshua 24:15).

This was Joshua's decisive declaration with important implications: He set an example of faith for his family as a foundation for service. Serve God Together

Brothers and sisters, your husbands, wives, children, brothers and sisters in the church, your spiritual family, also need this kind of challenge and encouragement from you. You may not have a great legacy to leave to your children and grandchildren, but I want to encourage you to leave a legacy of faith in God for them....raising our children with godly standards. God's Word and an Exemplary Life Because this is something that is truly permanent.

The home should be the starting point for a wholesome life, a life that is truly God-given. Then our children will serve God with understanding, serve God with a willing heart. And we will be able to say, like Joshua,

“I and my house we will serve the Lord…”
